Warren (Johnny) Light, 89, of North Little Rock, Arkansas reported for duty in Heaven on Wednesday morning, June 15th, 2011. He was born on November 22, 1921 in Temple, Pennsylvania to Robert J. and Elda Hoffman Light. He was an Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member and former Deacon of Central Church of Christ in Little Rock. He was a member of the Westwood Masonic Lodge, a 32nd Degree Mason, a Master Mason, and a Shriner. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary Light of North Little Rock; three children, Susan Harmon (Jimmy) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Nancy Odle (Jim) of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Jon Light of Little Rock, Arkansas and Stacy Majors; seven grandchildren, Tawnya Goss, Heather Harmon, Ashley Harmon, Landon Odle, David Light, Whitney Wirges, Pfc. Megan Light; and one great-grandson Raymond Goss; three brothers, Charlie Light, Dick Light, and Jimmy Light; two sisters Evelyn Shaulis and Joan Rizzardi. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, one brother, and his sister-in-law. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday, June 17, 2011 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home (501) 224-8300.
