Lenwood Travis Langley

Lenwood Travis Langley, 80 of Camden, Ark. passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2011. He was born May 3, 1931 to William Byrd and Hazel Patton Langley. He graduated from High School in Arkadelphia, Ark. and served in the Arkansas National Guard. He was as long time member of First Christian Church of Camden and served as Deacon and was on the building committee, long time member of Local 706 Pipefitter and Steamfitter Union, he was a past member of Camden Hunting Club. He is preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Freddie Joe Langley; daughter, Shelly Langley Seay; and brother, W.L. Langley. He is survived by his wife, Liz Norman Langley; sons, William Travis Langley and wife, Paula of Hernando, Miss. and James Larry Langley of Camden, Ark.; granddaughters, Dallas Quarles and Alyssa Langley; grandson, Levi Langley; great-grandsons, Zack and Brandon Quarles; sister, Mamie Langley Pierce; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, June 17, 2011 at Proctor Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
