Johnnie "Sam" Dennis

Johnnie "Sam" Dennis, 81, of Searcy, died June 19, 2011 at his residence. He was born September 18, 1929 in Searcy to the late John Dennis and Arbie Reaves Dennis. Mr. Dennis worked for NAPA and Auto Zone for many years as a salesman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Irene Dennis. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lucille Hendrickson Dennis; one son, Lonnie Dennis and wife Tracy of Jacksonville; two grandsons, Jonathan and Justin Dennis and one granddaughter, Jordan Dennis. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, June 21 from 6-8 p.m. at the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday in the Searcy-McEuen Funeral Home Chapel.
