Joseph Randal Fowler

Joseph Randal Fowler, 56, of North Little Rock, passed away June 16, 2011. Born in Little Rock to the late E.M. and Eva Higginbottom Fowler, he was a graduate of Hendrix College. He is survived by his brother, Dale Fowler (Maria) of Lake Worth, Florida and sister, Peggye Ritter of Dallas, Texas.
