Peggy Buechley Buice

Peggy Buechley Buice, 89, died Friday, June 17, 2011 in Dunwoody, Georgia. She was born January 13, 1922 in Carlisle, Arkansas. She was an administrative assistant for the University of Arkansas Campus for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and a member of Second Baptist Church in Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. "Bob" Buice, and her parents, Edward and Belva Purdue Buechley. Survivors include two sons, Edward and wife Judith of Massachusetts, and David and wife Jan of Georgia; two grandchildren, David and wife Brigitte of Scotland, and Susan of New York; cousins; and many friends. Peggy's family and friends are invited to visitation on Saturday, June 25, from 6-8 p.m. at Boyd Funeral Home, 207 East Second Street, Lonoke, and to graveside services on Sunday, June 26, at 3 p.m., the Reverend Richard II Miller officiating at Carlisle Cemetery, located north of Interstate 40 and west of State Highway 13.
