Doris Petz

Doris Petz, age 75, of Benton, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2011. She was born February 9, 1936 in Benton, Arkansas to the late John and Louise Wimmer, Jr. Mrs. Petz was a homemaker and loved to quilt. She is survived by her husband, John I. Petz, Jr. of Benton; children, John I. Petz III (Kris) of Groton, Mass., Paul Petz (Marietta) of Hot Springs, Mark Petz (Beth) of Mabelvale, Karla Morgan (Paul) of Salem, Mike Petz (Sherry) of Little Rock and Jan Underbrink of Ingleside, Texas; sisters, Clara Stovall of Allen, Texas and Dorothy Wright of Benton; grandchildren, Shawn Petz, Doug Petz, Marie Duran, Ashley Petz, Diane Forrest, Nicole Petz, John David Forrest, Julie Petz, Ashley Kramer and Kara Kramer and great-grandchildren, Katherine Roseberry and Jackie, Katelyn, Zoe and Abby Kramer. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, March 4 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, March 5 at Salem Baptist Church with burial at Social Hill Cemetery. Bro.
