Anna Williamina Wood

Anna Williamina Wood, 102, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Chambers Nursing Home in Carlisle, Arkansas. Anna was born August 5th, 1908 in Lennox, South Dakota to Frederick and Catharine Dede. She was a homemaker, an avid gardener, and a member of First English Lutheran Church, Lennox, South Dakota. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, a husband, Irvin Wood, a daughter, Kathleen M. Jones, and a sister, Mata Aamot. She is survived by her son-in-law James Jones, a granddaughter, Vickie Aukes and husband Terry of Lonoke, Arkansas. She is also survived by three great-grandsons, Joshua Aukes and wife, Amy, of Cabot, Arkansas, Adam Aukes, and Aaron Aukes also of Lonoke, two great-great-grandchildren, Lane and Lyla Aukes, and a nephew, Vernon Dede and wife Elsie of Keller, Texas.
