Jane Elizabeth Smith

JANE ELIZABETH SMITH, 83, of Jacksonville was born Jan. 15, 1928 in Cave City, Ark. and passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents Sydney and Amy Wooldridge her great-granddaughter Chelsea Holsted and the father of her children Marshall Louis Smith. Her favorite things included providing a loving home for her family to whom she was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, spending time and vacationing with her cousins, her love of bowling, sewing and cooking. Leaving to cherish her memory are her children Jerry Smith and his wife Peggy of Jacksonville, Marsha Ward and her husband Dennis of Cabot and Pamela Morris and her husband Doug of Jonesboro; her siblings, Diane Barnes, Louise Prince, Betty Ballew and Charles Wooldridge; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at McAuther Assembly of God Church in Jacksonville.
