Johnny Joe Younes

Johnny Joe Younes, age 79, of Harrison, died November 1,2011. He was born the son of Rex and Mandy Yearnes Younes at Bellefonte, Ark. Johnny drove a truck and did auctioneering at his dad's Harrison Sale Barn. He later opened Modern Parts, a Montgomery Wards, a grocery store and later raised cattle on his farm. Services are 10 a.m., Thursday, November 3, 2011, Roller-Christson Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Shaddox speaking. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery at Harrison. Johnny is survived by his wife, Julie (Hefley) Younes; daughter, Susan and husband Jim Echols of Ft. Smith; daughter, LeAnn and husband Earl Johnson of Harrison; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Purselley of Harrison and one nephew.
