Charles Foster Jones

Charles F Jones, age 74, of Sherwood, Ark., passed away on November 22, 2011. The son of Grady and Eva Mae Jones, Charles was born in Conway, Ark. on December 9, 1936. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents and eight brothers and sisters. Mr. Jones is survived by Ann Roland Jones, his loving wife of 54 years; two daughters; Debbie Harrell (Terry) of Jacksonville and Donna Taylor (Rev. Jeff); six grandchildren; Misti Flynn (Ryan), Amanda Jackson, Keely Brown (Tony), Sarah Lackie (Kyle), Allison Taylor and Stephen Taylor; nine great-grandchildren; Lexi Sipes, Kaylee Jackson, Kyler Jackson, Cole Flynn, Payton Flynn, Noah Flynn, Mason Brown, Keegan Lackie and Kaylan Lackie; three sisters; Syble Turner (Bill) of Sherwood; Carolyn Yancy of Conway, Dorothy Morlan (Fred of Guy; and one brother; Ray Jones of Benton. Charles loved the Lord and was a charter member of Sherwood First Church of The Nazarene. His vocation was as a machine operator for the Teletype Corporation. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Friday, November 25, 2011 at Sherwood First Church of The Nazarene. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
