Hester Forthman

Mrs. Hester Forthman, of Gurdon, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday November 22, 2011 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was born to Issacic Newton and Callie West Brakebill in Blevins, Arkansas. Mrs. Forthman was a lifelong member of the First Assembly of God Church in Gurdon, Arkansas. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Calley (Roland Earl) of Gurdon, Arkansas, one sister, Marie Marks of Benton, Arkansas, five grandchildren Melissa Calley, Mindy (Tim) Williams, Ceciley Key, Misty Calley, Ryan (Bethany) Cox, and five great-grandchildren, Brandon Williams, Emily Williams, Hayden Key, Macy Key, and Mollie Cox. Mrs. Forthman is preceded in death by her husband Delton Forthman, one daughter Alice Cox, one granddaughter, Nicole Key and one brother, Ray Griffin. Visitation will be Wednesday November 23, 2011 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., in the Chapel of Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon. Service will be Friday, November 25, 2011 at 10 a.m., at First Assembly of God Church in Gurdon, Ark. with Bro. Leonard Hodges officiating.
