Michael Steven Perry, 39, of Cabot, died Sunday, November 20, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Kee Perry; father, Gary Perry of Hazen; mother, Sharon Wakefield of Ward; two sons, Matt Perry and Brett Noah; brother, Phillip Perry of Oklahoma; sisters, Laure Toll and Ashley Weatherley both of Hazen; Shelly Mangum of Little Rock, Rhonda Bowen of Bayo Meta, and Sheryl Urban of Idaho; grandmother, Gussie Perry of Hazen and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, November 25, 2011 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Westbrook Funeral Home in Hazen. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, November 26, at Center Point Missionary Baptist Church north of Hazen. Burial will be in the Center Point Cemetery.
