Abbie Rose Hollinger Cook

Abbie Rose Rauch Hollinger Cook, age 79, of Bryant died Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011. She was born Nov. 2, 1931 in Little Rock. Abbie was a housewife and a member of Holland Chapel Baptist Church for 45 years and a current member of Antioch Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Hazel Rauch; her first husband, James Hollinger; daughter, Sandra Kay Hollinger King; and her brother, Johnny Rauch. Survivors: husband, Bobby Cook, Bryant; son, Bruce Hollinger and his wife Sylvia, Martinsburg, W. Va.; daughters, Kerry Howard and her husband Gary, Benton, Kelli Pauley, Benton; sister-in-law, Linda Rauch Sallee; 12 grandchildren, Shane Robbs, Jessica Jones, Holli Cannon, Cole Hollinger, Blake Hollinger, Mary Hollinger, Chris Howard, Jamie Thomas, Brandon Byrd, Jake Pauley, Bradley Nichols, Dallas Nichols; and seven great-grandchildren, Tyler Robbs, Travis Howard, Andrew Howard, Hunter Hollinger, Conner Hollinger, Gabe Thomas, Aidan Thomas and Dakota Hollinger; two step-daughters, Jan Cook, Little Rock, Pam Jackson and husband Tom, Garland, Texas; three step-grandchildren, Jennifer, Jonathan and Joshua Jackson. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Pine Crest Cemetery. Ministers will be Bro Kim Hammer and Bro. Carroll Koon.
