Margaret Harbour

Margaret Harbour, age 75, of Camden, Ark., died Friday, Oct. 28, at Silver Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation, Camden. She was born Feb. 2, 1936, at Ingalls, Ark., a daughter of the late Charlie Harrod and Annie Beatrice Purvis Harrod. She received her education in the Hermitage Public School System and Arkansas A & M College at Monticello. She was a homemaker and member of Maul Road Church of Christ. She married Hoy Glenn Harbour on July 2, 1954, and he died Aug. 26, 2001. Surviving is a brother, Keith Harrod, Ingalls, Ark.; a sister Tina Harrod Ray, Hot Springs, Ark.; two granddaughters, Jodie Harbour, Camden, Ark., and Jennifer Nicole Barker, Elkins, Ark.; a great-grandson Pierceson Barker, and a great-granddaughter, Kiely Barker, both of Elkins, Ark. She was also preceded in death by a son, Charles Hoy Harbour; three brothers, Harry Max Harrod, Bruce Harrod, and John Harrod; and a sister, Anne Harrod Parnell. Memorials preferred to The Ouachita County Hospice or charity of choice. Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 30, at Proctor Funeral Home, Camden, and from 12 (noon), Monday, Oct. 31, until funeral service time, 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31, at Frazer's Chapel with burial in Union Hill Cemetery at Ingalls by Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren.
