Willie B. Smalley

Willie B. Smalley, of Fredericktown, Mo., the wife of the late retired Arkansas State Police Sergeant Thomas Smalley, passed away on Oct. 26, 2011, in Fredericktown, Mo., at the age of 95. Visitation: 4 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home. Funeral services: 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. David McCutcheon officiating. Interment will be at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.
