Charles Edward Kyzer

Charles Edward Kyzer, age 75, of Rogers, died September 4, 2011, at his home. He was born in Macon, Arkansas, on October 31, 1935, the eldest of 12 children born to Samuel and Mamie Nell (Carter) Kyzer. Charles served his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War, and retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Kyzer, of the home; children, Bobby Kyzer of Eureka Springs, Linda Miller and husband Thomas of Crestview, Florida, Kevin Kyzer and wife Lisa of Heber Springs; grandchildren, Colten and Jordan Kyzer, Jaclyn and Jacob Miller, Hunter and Caleb Kyzer; and nine siblings. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2011, at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Cremation arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
