Mrs. Elizabeth Montgomery Whitley, 98, of Pine Bluff passed away Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011. Services will be Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011 at Barraque Street Baptist Church at 11 a.m. by Rev. T.R. Ramey. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
