James Lance Livingston

James Lance Livingston, 52, died August 31, 2011 at home. He was born on October 17, 1958 in Augusta, Ga. He was the son of James Harrison Livingston and Opal Evans Livingston. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Carolyn Elaine Livingston. He is, also, survived by two brothers, Linwood Harrison (Renee) from Lake Murray, S.C., and Joel Evans (Sonja) from Gilbert, S.C., also an uncle, Henry H. Livingston (Ellen) from North Augusta, S.C. and an aunt, Mary Jennings, Jacksonville, Fla., and many cousins; father-in-Law, Richard J. McCoy, from Pinellas Park, Fla., sister-in-law, Nancy Delgado from Gainesville, Fla., and brother-in-law, Carl W. McCoy (Berta) from St. Petersburg, Fla. His nieces and nephews include Elyse Livingston, Jeremy & Breanna Livingston, Mark & Ryan Delgado, and Julie McCoy. He was preceded in death by his parents and his mother-in-law, S. Florice McCoy. Lance was a 1976 graduate of North Augusta High School. He graduated Midlands Technical College and attended the University of South Carolina. Lance was a software engineer and database administrator for over 25 years working for PMSC, Systematics-Alltel, Acxiom Corp, and CSC. He was a member of Cross Church in Fayetteville, Ark. Family and friends will celebrate Lance's life on Saturday, September 10th at 11 a.m. at the home of his brother on the shores of Lake Murray, S.C.
