Albert E. (Al) King

Albert E. (Al) King Jr.,78, of Hot Springs, died peacefully after a lengthy illness on Sept. 23, 2011 in Hospice HomeCare, Little Rock. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Martha Taylor King; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol Ann and Michael Henley of Jacksonville, Ark., and Phyllis Jean (P.J.) and Dennis Hodges of Little Rock, Ark.; granddaughter, Hayley Henley of Jacksonville, Ark.; sister, Gloria Jean (Jeannie) King of Hot Springs; step-grandchildren, Marie (Jeremy) Shapley and Brian Henley and step-great-granddaughter, Gillian Shapley. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. on Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. A private family burial will precede the service.
