MATTIE V. HILL of Little Rock, Ark. went to meet her Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 5, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Vanessa Burks; step son, Ronnie Hill; two grandchildren, Christopher (Leana) Dyer and Simona Marshall; one sister, Wynema Olson; six great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 13, 2012, 11 a.m., at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 1915 Commerce Street, Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Little Rock National Cemetery, 2523 Confederate Blvd. Little Rock, Ark. Visitation will be Thursday, April 12, 2012, 6-7 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 South Chester St. LR (501) 372-1305.
