Nancy Karen Parker

Nancy Karen Parker, resident of Benton, passed away Friday, April 6, 2012. She was born Jan. 6, 1946 in Danville, Ark. to the late Ellis Roberson, and the late Estella Wehunt Roberson. Mrs. Parker was a former employee of Smith Fiberglass. She and her husband Richard would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 17, 2012. Survivors include her husband, Richard E. Parker of Benton; two sons, Wayne Parker and wife Jackie of Benton, and Jimmy Parker and wife Ashley of Bryant; two daughters, Donna Ivey and husband, Lloyd of Bauxite, and Lesa King and husband, Doug of Bryant; one brother, David Roberson of Bryant; one sister, Sue Bagley of Benton; eight grandchildren, Garrett and Korie Parker, Chris King and wife Shana, Dustin, and Hailey King, Cameron Williams, Brooklynn Parker, and Payton Holiman; one great-grandchild, Carson King; special friends Tim, Lora, and Landon Crawley. Graveside services will be Monday, April 9, 2012, 10 a.m. at New Rosemont Memorial Park, with Brother Carl Wright officiating. Interment will follow. Visitation will be Sunday, April 8, 2012, from 2-4 p.m., at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047).
