Shirley Glaze

SHIRLEY ANN GLAZE, age 72, of Alexander, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012. She was born March 5, 1940 in Bauxite, Ark. Mrs. Glaze worked as a cashier at a grocery store. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Deaton Lattin and Annie Lois (Jones) Lattin; husband, Montie Glenn Glaze; daughter, Ann Marie Glaze and a sister, Josephine Wear. She is survived by three sons, Montie Ray Glaze, Donald Leon Glaze and Samuel Dewey Glaze; daughter, Jennifer Wolfenbarger; eight brothers, Samuel D. Lattin Jr., Charlie Richard Lattin, James Leslie Lattin, Robert Edward Lattin, Freddie Carroll Lattin, Ronnie Lee Lattin, John Wayne Lattin and Billy Clyde Lattin; four sisters, Rachel White, Ruthie Blake, Louise Davis and Linda Baker; 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 5 to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 8 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, April 9 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at McPherson Cemetery in Sardis.
