Audrey Brown

Audrey Brown, age 88, of Gurdon, Arkansas passed away, Tuesday April 10, 2012 at her home in Gurdon. She was born October 3, 1923 to Norman and Ida Bray Calley in Gurdon, Arkansas. Audrey worked for thirty three years alongside her husband Al in the family business. Audrey was a lifelong member of First Assembly of God Church in Gurdon where she taught Sunday school and was Song Leader. She is preceded in death by her parents. Audrey is survived by her husband of 62 years, Al Brown of Gurdon, Arkansas, one daughter, Dina Lu and David Buck of Gurdon, Arkansas, one son, Max and Kelli Brown of Arkadelphia, Arkansas and two grandsons, Corey Brown of Arkadelphia, Arkansas and Derek Buck of Gurdon, Arkansas, one step-granddaughter, Jenna Key of Benton, Arkansas and one step-grandson, Zeke Lancaster of Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be Wednesday April 11, 2012, from 6-8 p.m. In the Chapel of Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon. Service will be Thursday April 12, 2012 at 2 p.m. In the Chapel of Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon with Bro. Leonard Hodges and Bro. William Hughart officiating. Interment will follow Service in Rose Hedge Cemetery, Gurdon, Arkansas. Pallbearers are Garry Marshall, Jimmy Marshall, Johnny Calley, Roland Earl Calley, Bob Calley, and Richie Calley.
