Oather Lewis Penney Jr.

Oather Lewis Penney Jr., 90, of Quitman, born February 17, 1922 in Cato, Ark. to Oather and Hallie Penney, Sr., passed away on Monday, April 9, 2012. He was Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents; and six siblings. Oather is survived by four children, Donna Sue (Bob) Sumpter, Tess (Mike) Tumbleson, Sandra Penney (Jimmy Cordell), and Mike (Belinda) Penney; and his ex-wife, Donna Kay. He is also survived by one sister, Virginia Huffman; one brother, Arthur Penney; nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
