Freda Carolyn York

Freda Carolyn York, 83, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on April 17, 2012. She was born August 17, 1928 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Minnie Daniel Copeland. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Billy York Sr. She is survived by sons, Billy York, Jr. of Conway, Bobby York (Cheryl) of Waskom, Texas, Roger York (Pam) of Mabelvale, Arkansas, and Danny York of Mayflower, Arkansas; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Donis Copeland and J.R. Copeland of Texas; and many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, April 20, 2012 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, (501) 224-8300.
