Mr. JAMES SMITH, 61, of Little Rock, Ark. passed away Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Ark. Mr. Smith was born Feb. 16, 1951 in Hughes, Ark. to the late Mr. Mae Hue Smith and the late Mrs. Ruby Vinzan Smith. He worked for Halstead in Wynne, Ark. for many years. Survivors include; four daughters, Tanya Smith and Shalonda Smith both of Wynne, Ark., Cynthia Jackson of Little Rock, Ark., and Dekisha Smith of Fort Worth, Texas; two sons, James Glenn Smith Jr. of Jonesboro, Ark., and Kalvin Smith of Marion, Ark..; five sisters, Francis Wright of Little Rock, Ark., Mary Sue Tyler of Michigan, Mary Hayslett of Chicago, Ill., Annette Gussie People of Marianna, Ark., and Willie Mae Billy of Tallahassee, Fla.; two brothers, Jessie Smith of Marianna, Ark., and Willie Smith of Sherwood, Ark.; 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 10, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at New Eden Funeral Home 500 W Broadway Forrest City, Ark. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Mt.
