KURT OAKLEY, 57, of Little Rock, departed this life Aug. 2, 2012. Preceded in death by his mother, Mary F. Oakley. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Joan Oakley; children, Joy Peppers (James), Tracie Oakley and Chelsea Clay; father, Fred Oakley; sisters, Janice Johnson (Alphonso) and Sandra Hatley (Marcus); three grandchildren; other family and friends.
