Billy Wayne Perkins

Mr. Billy Wayne Perkins, 77, of Osceola died Wednesday, at Lexington, Tenn. He is survived by his wife, Betty; a son, Billy Wayne Jr.; a daughter, Stefanie Smithey; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral service is 10 a.m., Saturday morning at First Baptist Church in Osceola.
