CURTIS DAVID SELLERS, 67, of Alexander passed away on Aug. 10, 2012 with his family by his side. He was born on Nov. 30, 1944 to the late, Curtis Joseph and Ethel Mae Sellers in Little Rock, Ark. Curtis proudly served his country in the Vietnam War and served in the United States Army for over 16 years. He loved working on old cars and also serving as a police officer. Mr. Sellers is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Judy Tuggle. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Doris Sellers; two daughters, Judy Seales (Richard) and Katina Maison (James); four sons, David Sellers, William Sellers (Kerry), Jimmy Sellers and Chris Sellers (Shannon); 14 grandchildren, Cassie, Jimmy Jr., Angel, Jayme, Ashley, Tiffany, Bradley, Chad, Thomas, Taylor, Chris Jr., Caleb, Joshua and Leighann; five great-grandchildren, Cayden, D.J., Easton, Landon and Brayton; one niece, Anita; very special friends, Leah and Gary Young and a host of family and friends who all loved him and will miss him dearly. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, Aug. 13, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Christopher Skelley and his staff for the loving care and compassion shown to Mr. Sellers and the family.
