P.J. Cowling

P.J. Cowling, age 75, of Bryant, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012 at Saline Memorial Hospital Hospice House in Bryant. She was born Nov. 6, 1936 in New Orleans, La. Her mother, Connie Orlopp-Merigoni and brother, Sonny Merigoni preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Harvey Lester Cowing Sr. of Bryant; two sons, Mike Cowling of Bryant and Sam Cowling of Colchester, England; father, Henry Morigoni of New Orleans, La.; six grandchildren, Lindsay Cowling Carter, Hannah Cowling, Hannah "Rosie" Cowling, Lucy Cowling, Scarlett Cowling, and Dylan Cowling, and two great-grandchildren, Madalin Carter and Harvey "Owen" Carter. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements provided by Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047).
