Josiphine is preceded in death by; father, Corbitt Van Pelt; mother, Bessie Eldora Champlin Van Pelt; sisters, Ines Duncan, Katie Welch; daughter, Kathryn O'Rourke, and grandson, Christopher O'Rourke.
