Betty Ann Taber

Betty Ann Taber, 74, of Benton passed away on Friday, February 10th, 2012. She was born on May 18th, 1937 to the late Lemuel and Sadie Lowery. Betty spent her life making a home for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen E after over 42 years of marriage. She enjoyed cooking, ceramics and Elvis. She loved children and treasured the time she spent as a wife, mother and grandmother. Betty attended Landmark Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memory her children Glen D. Taber and his wife Beverly of Little Rock, Teresa Swayze and her husband David of Benton, Greg Taber and Cindy Rush and her husband Kenny of Redfield; her sisters Martha Harper and Norma Kandlbinder; her grandchildren Michael Taber, Brandon Taber, Lauren Rush and Megan Rush and a host of extended family and friends, all who will miss her dearly. Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 16th, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home with Brother Scotty Thomas officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15th at the funeral home.
