Dovie Ruby

Dovie Ruby went to be with the Lord February 27, 2012. She was born March 3, 1911 in Little Rock, Arkansas and would have celebrated her 101st birthday Saturday. Dovie is preceded in death by her only son, Robert A. Barth and his wife Dollie I. Barth of Scott, Arkansas. She is survived by her grandchildren, David A. Barth of Little Rock and Robyn A. Arnett of Cabot, and was the loving great-grandmother of David R. Barth, Cole Arnett and Dallas Arnett. Dovie will be missed by her loving church family at First Assembly of God in North Little Rock where she was a devoted member for over 40 years. She will also be missed by the staff at Sherwood Nursing and Rehab Center who lovingly cared for her the last few years of her life. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Sumner Cemetery in Cabot, Arkansas with Pastor Rod Loy officiating.
