James David Williams

James David Williams, 69, of Clarksville, Ark., formerly of Pine Bluff, Ark., went to be with the Lord at his home on January 2, 2012. He attended school in the Pine Bluff and Watson Chapel School District.vHe served his country for 23 years in the United States Navy and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He was an active member of the Crossroads Assembly of God Church in Clarksville. He was a son of the late J.C. and Hazel Mae (Reeves) Williams. He was preceded in death by two brothers; Charles Williams and Roy Williams. He is survived by one brother, Jimmy (Marylyn) Williams of Fayetteville, and one sister, Mary Kesterson of Pine Bluff; three nephews; Stephen (Linda) Williams of Tucker Ark., Tony Williams of San Francisco, Calif., Kevin (Yesi) Kesterson of Santa Anna, Calif.; one niece, Alisa Williams of Fayetteville and one great-nephew, Matthew Williams of Tucker. Visitation will be held at Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville on Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. Graveside services will be held January 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Fort Smith National Cemetery, 522 Garland Ave. in Fort Smith, Ark.
