Velma Trivitt, 86, of Salem, died Saturday at her daughter's home in Fayetteville, Ark. Services Wednesday, 10 a.m., Cox-Blevins Chapel with burial in Agnos Cemetery under the direction of Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem. Visitation Tuesday, 7 to 9 p.m. at Cox-Blevins Chapel.
