James Norman Seaton

James Norman Seaton, 66, of Highlands, Texas was born January 24, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Norman Elihu Seaton and Maude Elmo Jackson. Jimmy went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. He moved to the Baytown area in the early 70's and later settled in Highlands, Texas. James is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Norma Jean Woodsmall. He is survived by his children; Angela Seaton-Stanley and husband Brent; son, James N. Seaton Jr. and wife Bobbie and grandchildren, Brandon and Kara Seaton. He is also survived by his sister, Ruth Oliver and husband Roger of Louisiana and sister, Judy Moody of Arkansas. Also left to cherish is memory is his girlfriend Sara Reed, nieces, nephews and many friends. A visitation was held Friday, May 25, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at Sterling~White Funeral Home. Services were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Sterling-White Funeral Home with burial following at Sterling-White Cemetery. Honoring the family as pallbearers were Brandon Seaton, Brent Stanley, Roger Oliver, Danny Oliver, Ronnie Burkes and Casey Prigmore.
