Bessie Bee Toney

Bessie Bee Toney, 101, of North Little Rock, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012. She was born in Stamps, Arkansas to the late Thomas Jefferson and Sally Johnson Tatom. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Gibbs, of North Little Rock; and five grandchildren, George Wagner, Mike Wagner, Herman Wagner, Dallas Gibbs, and Brookelyn and her husband, Westley, Ashley. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her sons, Mark Wagner and Carl Bell. Bessie was a member of the Baptist faith, and a lifelong member of Little Rock Association for the Deaf and Arkansas Association for the Deaf. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Arkansas School for the Deaf, Attn: C.J., 2400 W. Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205. Graveside Service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Little Rock National Cemetery, 2523 Confederate Blvd., Little Rock, Arkansas.
