Billy Ray Loftis

Billy Ray "Bill" Loftis, 77, of North Little Rock, Ark. passed to a better place on Saturday, June 16, 2012. He was born January 17, 1935 in Formosa, Ark. to Ruby and Vivian Loftis. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Amos, and sisters, Elsie McKim Riggle, Cloie Riddle, and Connie Garrett. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Wanda Caldwell Loftis, son, Stephen and wife, Amy with two wonderful granddaughters, Jillian and Brooklyn of Tampa, Fla. Visitation is Tuesday June 19, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home; 5509 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock (501-791-7400). His services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery in N.L.R, Ark. Rest in peace wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.
