Vertis Brown 72, of Little Rock, Ark., transitioned into Eternal life on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. A celebration of her life will be on Friday, June 22, 2012, 11 a.m., at Greater Center Star Baptist Church, 800 W. 33rd Street, LR. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery. Family visitation: today, June 21, 2012, 7:30-8:30 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St., LR (501) 372-1305.
