Edward L. Underwood

Edward L. "Ed" Underwood, age 53, of Morrilton, passed away at home, Thursday, June 21, 2012. He was born Jan. 27, 1959 in Modesto, Calif., a son of Carroll D. Underwood and Juanita Trusty Pierson. He and his wife were team over the road truck drivers and he loved being out on the road. When they were home, he and Amy were out riding their motorcycles or out enjoying his boat. When not out playing, Ed loved "dubbin around his shop." He was very loving and cared deeply about all of his family and friends, especially his two grandbaby girls. Survivors include his wife, Amy Johnston Underwood; daughters, Breanne Cooper and husband Dave of Windham, Maine, and Shanna Underwood of Portland, Maine; son, Kirk Underwood of Portland, Maine; brother, Jim Underwood and wife Melody of Richmond, Va.; sister, Cheryl Jacobo and husband Marvin of Modesto, Calif.; mother-in-law, Betty Avery of Morrilton; two grandchildren, Deanna Avery Cooper and Alyssa Miranda Cooper; as well as several nieces and nephews.
