Winfred Stricklin, age 80, of Little Rock, passed away Monday, June 25, 2012. He was born March 11, 1932 in Conway, Arkansas. Mr. Stricklin was retired from the Pulaski County Road Department and of the Pentecostal Faith. He was a lifetime member of the Mary Williams Lodge #307, 32nd Degree Masons and the Scottish Rites. Mr. Stricklin was preceded in death by his parents, Quincie and Clistie Stricklin; wife, Elsie Stricklin; son, James Stricklin and his brothers and sisters. He is survived by two sons, Bobby Stricklin and wife Sherry of Benton and George Stricklin and wife Cathy of Benton; two daughters, Glenda Nix and husband Pete of Benton and Ann Rodgers and husband Michael of Little Rock; 18 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Chuck Nix, Eric Stricklin, Eddie Stricklin, Billy Ellis Jr., Shane Boullie, James Stricklin Jr., Blake Phothisane, Riane Boullie and Troy Hendrix. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 26 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 27 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Ida Mission Cemetery.
