Carrie Patsy Sue Smith Berry age 70, of Warren, Ark. died Wednesday February 29th at the Bradley County Medical Center. She was born August 6th 1941 in Warren, Ark. a daughter of the late Sherman H. Smith and Inez Thomason Smith. She was a 1962 graduate of the Baptist School of Nursing and a retired Register Nurse and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Mike Berry whom she married November 29th 1963 in Hermitage Ark.; one son, Wade Berry, Star City, Ark.; two daughters, Susan Berry, Warren, Ark., and Rebecca Shelby, White Hall, Ark.; one brother, Walter Pat Smith, Keithville La.; three grandchildren, Courti Flemister, Monticello, Ark. and Emily Shelby and Grace Shelby, White Hall, Ark. Funeral services 1:30 p,m,m Monday, March 5th at Frazer's Chapel. Burial in Ebenezer Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Visitation 6 p.m. till 8 p.m., Sunday March 4th at Frazer's Funeral Home.
