Hershal Lee Moreland

Hershal Lee Moreland, 82, of Roland, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012. He was the retired owner of Moreland and Son Construction, attended Natural Steps and Pinnacle Mountain Baptist Churches. Hershal was an avid hunter that loved the outdoors and his swing. He was a dedicated father and grandfather that loved his family. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Gary Hershal and Lucy Moreland of Roland; brother, George Moreland of Roland; two grandsons, Gary Don Moreland and wife, Heather, of Roland and Clint A. Moreland and wife, Nikki, of Paron; four great-grandchildren, Myah, Anna, Nathan, Ashley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Moreland; parents, Bart Moreland, Sr. and Lena Moreland; two brothers, Bart Moreland, Jr. and Kenneth Moreland; and aunt, Olive Moreland. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to B.I.G. Love Cancer Care, P.O. Box 23606, Little Rock, Arkansas 72221. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Natural Steps Baptist Church.
