Virginia Louise Page

Mrs. Virginia Louise Page died on February 27, 2012. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bert West Page of Augusta; her parents, W.A. & Betty Murtishaw of Augusta; two of her three sisters, Willa Faye Douglas & Mary Jeanette Phillips, both of North Little Rock. She is survived by two daughters, Linda Hill & husband Ron of Beebe, Diane Wilson & the late J.D. Wilson of Cabot; sister, Lois Spurlock of West Memphis; grandchildren, Tammy Northcutt of Beebe, Randy Wedgworth & wife Jennifer of Guntersville, Alabama, Shawna Hardaway & husband Rod of Beebe, Jason Wedgworth of Cabot. She was also blessed with many great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren. Ms. Virginia, as she was called by so many in Augusta, ran her own Beauty Shop in her home for over thirty years, She was also an active member of the First Baptist Church and spent many years as a Sunday School Teacher there. She loved her family, and her many friends in Augusta. Much gratitude from the family goes to the Beebe Retirement Center that took such loving care of her for many years. Visitation was Saturday, March 3 from 1-2 p.m. with funeral service at 2 p.m. at Rhodes & Son Funeral Home, Augusta. Burial at Augusta Memorial Park.
