Lana P. Turner

Lana P. Turner, age 64, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away Saturday, May 26, 2012, as a result of bone cancer. She was born March 17, 1948, and was the daughter of John and Maudy Turner, who preceded her in death. Lana was a smart, funny, and loving person who will be dearly missed by those who were fortunate enough to know her. She is survived by her daughter, Dena Fitts of Fayetteville; two sisters, Diann Adamson and her husband Gary Adamson of Forrest City, and Clarice Hamlin of Marvell; one brother, John Turner and his wife Marjorie Turner of Wynne; as well as five beloved nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Lighthouse Ministries at 5446 SFC 311 in Forrest City, Ark., on Friday, June 1, at 11 a.m. Memorials may be made in her honor to: Humane Society of the Ozarks, or the American Cancer Society.
