James Robert Cahill

James (Boss) Robert Cahill departed this life surrounded by his children on November 19, 2012. Born in New York City on November 29, 1938 he became a transplanted Southerner almost 50 years ago. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary, his brother, William (Billy), and his parents James and Anne. He is survived by his children, David Wayne (Dawn), Margaret Alice (Jim), and Joyce Ann (Jim). He was a beloved grandfather (Boss) to his grandchildren, Jamie, Heather, Brandie, Benjamin, and Ryan. He was also a beloved great-grandfather to his only great-grandchild, Selah. He is also survived by a brother, Henry, and several cousins in Yankee land. He worked for the American Red Cross Blood Services for over thirty years before his retirement. He lived life to the fullest. Now his journey begins.
