Marie E. Hawley

Mrs. Marie E. Hawley 82, of Clinton, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Monday, October 8, 2012. She was born December 29, 1929 at Scotland, Arkansas to the late Aron and Essie (Crabtree) Emerson. She was a nurse and was employed by Ozark Nursing Center for 25 years. She was a member of Crabtree Four Square Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Vernon Lane Jackson, two husbands, General Jackson, and Thurman Chalk. She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Hawley they were married on April 6, 2012 in Crabtree Community, one son, Louis Jackson of Clinton, Ark.; one grandchild, Dayna Davis and husband Cody, two great-grandchildren, Cole and Coen Davis, one brother, Gerald Emerson and wife Chris of Crabtree Community, Ark.; one niece, one nephew, and many relatives and friends. Pallbearers: Donnie Emerson, Doyle Jackson, Steve Jackson, Glynn Jackson, Jason Wooton, and Izene Collins. Honorary Pallbearers: Ammon Collins, Ester Bass, Jim Kirkendoll, Durand Jackson, Johnny Huggins, Johnny White, Cody Davis, Berl Jackson, and Charles Hawley. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday, October 11, 2012 and Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Friday, October 12, 2012 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Arkansas with Pastors Virgil Lemings and Dennis Berry officiating.
