Jewell Johns, 86, died Friday. Visitation: was 6-7 p.m., Monday, Thompson-Wilson, McCrory, funeral 2 p.m., Tuesday, Tupelo Assembly of God Church. Interment: Sand Hill Cemetery. Survivors: sons, Sammy, Kenneth, James and Ricky Johns; daughters, Kathryn Johns, Sybil Griffey; 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
