Jimmy A. Hudman, 82, of Little Rock Arkansas died Monday, October 22, 2012 at his home. He was born April 10, 1930 in Little Rock to the late John C and Constance V. Hudman. Jimmy was a former Little Rock Grocer, Veteran of the Korean Conflict and was retired from the Little Rock US Army Corp of Engineers. He was a faithful member of Community Park Church of Bryant, the Masonic Lodge of Guy, Ark., Rosedale Optimist Club and LaPetit Roche Good Sams Club of Arkansas. He enjoyed traveling with his Good Sam's friends and spending time with his large extended family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary A Hudman of 56 years and one grandson, Jeremy Hudman. He is survived by two brothers, Tom Hudman of Kerrville, Texas and Bill Hudman of San Antonio, Texas; two sons, Jim (Pat) Hudman Jr. of Bryant and David (Lori) Hudman of Jacksonville; two daughters, Jo Ann (Ken) Sory of Bryant and Jackie (Thomas) Goodwin of Little Rock; ten grandchildren, Nick Hudman, Victoria (Paul) Evans, Joey Hudman, Chris (Holly) Sory, Daniel Hudman, Jason Hudman, Timothy Goodwin, Jacob (Candis) Hudman, Taylor Goodwin and Kayla Sory and six great-grandchildren Logan Newton, Isabel Sory, Gibson Evans, Barrett Sory, Millie Evans and Carlee Hudman. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24th 2012 at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, 10200 Hwy. 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas with Bro Wayne Putnam officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23rd 2012 at the funeral home.
