The Lord welcomed ORLIE JEAN ANNETTE MORING into the glorious gates of Heaven Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012. She was born May 28, 1940 in McClelland, Ark. to Ruth and Arlie Turner. She graduated from Carlisle High in 1960 and then went to work for Timex for 55 years. She enjoyed playing cards and fishing. Orlie Jean will be remembered as a wonderful mother, sister, daughter and friend. She is survived by her two sons, Jimmy Dale Moring of North Little Rock and David (Rita) Moring of Conway; sister, Martha (John) Holyfield, of Hazen; three brothers, Harrel Turner, of DeValls Bluff, Oppie (Nancy) Turner of Bristolville, Ohio and Perry (Virginia) Turner of Bloomfield, Ohio; several nieces, nephews and her great friend and caregiver, Renee Ray, of North Little Rock. She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Jenny Turner, Charlotte Hauer, Mary Vincent and Sarah Girard; special niece and great niece, Debra and Angel Marie Scroggins. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at a later date at Center Point Cemetery.
